According to the coordinators more than 300.000 people marched in Berlin along the streets of June 17th. During the whole day there was 300.000 party goers. 200 000 people were at the streets at the same time. Event started at 14:00. There was more than 200 artists who expressed their opinions in a from of musical contribution
Starting around 2020, Dr. Motte's non-benefit association has been determined to save the electronic culture.
And keeping in mind that everything began with techno, the assortment of sub-genres on march was amazing. The occasion has overwhelmed the web with recordings of an ocean of individuals walking and moving down one of the fundamental roads of the German capital.
The mastermind behind the world-famous Love Parade events in the '90s and '00s was Dr. Motte.
The Love Parade was a popular electronic dance music festival and techno parade that originated in 1989 in West Berlin, Germany. It was held annually in Berlin from 1989 to 2003 and in 2006, then from 2007 to 2010 in the Ruhr region. Events scheduled for 2004 and 2005 in Berlin and for 2009 in Bochum were canceled.
1.6 million individuals went to the Love Parade at its pinnacle and it was generally viewed as a social insurgency fueled by techno all through the 90s and, up to the 2000s.
On 24 July 2010, a crowd crush at the Love Parade caused the death of 21 people, with at least 500 others injured. As a consequence, the organizer of the festival announced that no further Love Parades would be held and that the festival was permanently canceled.
